Celery microgreens are much like their Celery counterpart with a pungent type taste.

Extremely nutritious, they more than add flavour to food.  Micro celery contains notable amounts of vitamins A, B, C, and E and the elements (minerals) calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, and amino acids.

Bear in mind they are slow to germinate (about a month) & are not a beginners microgreen.  So you're best to pre-soak the seeds overnight to speed up the process a little, or they may take a long time to  germinate.
