Parsley Microgreens are quick and easy to grow. They add a unique flavor to your salads and other dishes. As a microgreen, the parsley flavor is more mild.  The Gigante variety is more fast germinating (not always the case with parsley).  

Be patient: parsley is a slow germinator but a fast and easy-to-grow plant once up. Parsley prefers full sun but is tolerant of partial shade. Harvest large outer leaves and allow new inner leaves to mature for continual harvest.
